Ingredients:

·       1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour

·       1/2 cup cocoa powder

·       1/4 cup coconut sugar or xylitol

·       1 tbp baking powder

·   1 2/3 cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Heat the waffle maker and pour in a few spoons of the batter

  3. Cook according to your waffle machine instructions, eg. red light/green light will indicate when the waffles are ready.

  4. Carefully remove the waffles and serve with toppings of your choice.
