So the seeds from the papaya fruit kill intestinal worms and other parasitic organisms in your digestive system so its best to drink this smoothie first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before food. They basically contain papain (a strong proteolysis enzyme) and car Paine (anthelmintic alkaloid) which help to cleanse the liver and fight off bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus etc. Because the seeds are quite powerful its best not to take this if you’re pregnant also in parts of Asia traditionally women used the seeds as a form of birth control! (of course I’m no medical expert so take that as you will)

Ingredients:

·      1 Large ripe organic papaya

·      ½ cup of fresh pineapple

·      1 can (15oz) coconut milk

·      1 tsp of papaya seeds

·      4 cloves (optional)

Cut the skin of a large sized organic papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Set aside. Place half of the papaya flesh in the blender. Add 1 tsp of the papaya seeds and the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are blended with the seeds. Enjoy!
