Energetic Hygiene


Each individual has his own magnetic energies and all configurations attract certain things and at the same time repel others. Thus, the whole world is in a positive and negative condition at the same time.  Truly, it is how the individual uses his energetic field which will determine their magnetic qualities at any particular moment and beyond the basic magnetic quality of the field . This depends upon how the individual himself is polarised.

When an individual is experiencing a great deal of energy, beyond what he needs at the time, most of his energetic field acts as a radiator and he becomes a giver to others. In the opposite condition, when a person is experiencing less energy then he needs to function, his field become to absorbs, drawing from others the energy he his lacking.

Man has the ability from moment to moment to actually control his own magnetic field! To see this, when an individual has more energy than he needs at any given moment, he will use his feminine energy to radiate love to others. The same applies to masuline energy, often thought of as aggressive and self centered. In the same circumstances, when an individual has more energy then he needs, he uses this masuline to energise others regardless of the gender. From moment to moment and day to day, each energy is in part a radiator and an absorber. 

A strong body maintains a strong channel. In order not to fry your nervous system with powerful “downloads” you must keep your vessel strong. We are organic receivers and transmitters of psychic data. And thus, if you wish to bring back detailed knowledge from the other side (where you are venturing out every night) you must make your body match. What does this mean? Exercise is the key. A strong body is the answer. Don't believe me? Go work up a sweat and tell me that doesn't clear the line beautifully. We are electric beings surrounded by magnetic fields. Run your motor. Increase your voltage, your legs are the biggest gears and start functioning as you’re supposed to. Sun + Movement = supercharged electromagnetic field (aura). Our teeth are circuit breakers for the organs in our battery driven electromagnetic machine that is our body. Burn out is real. And information from higher places taxes the system upon obtaining it. This reduces the chances of you remembering or being able to accurately recall what you received. A strong body is the best remedy to this. So every part of our body has an important purpose and shouldn’t just be cut off, drilled or removed and discarded without consequences.

We are now learning the mechanics of psyhicism. We're at the stage in history where we can begin drawing maps. Making the ineffable possible to comprehend. Taking it from the realms of woo to practical reality.

Just remember we're not doing this just to be “fit” in the body. But also the mind too. A strong body facilitates a strong mind and soul. They are all connected. Changing the reason “why” makes it so much easier to commit to. Not to mention the powerful waves of euphoria exercise induces. Mix it with your favourite music. You'll soon know what I'm talking about.

Exercise stimulates the growth of new brain cells, a study on rats finds that new cells could be the key to why working out relieves depression Previous research showed physical exercise can have antidepressant effects, but until now scientists didn’t fully understand how it worked.

Astrid Bjornebekk of the Karolinska Institute in Sweden and her colleagues studied rats that had been genetically tweaked to show depressive behaviors, plus a second group of control rats. For thirty days, some of the rats had free access to running wheels and others did not.Then, to figure out if running turned the down-and-out rats into happy campers, the scientists used a standard “swim test” . They measured the amount of time the rats spent immobile in the water and the time they spent swimming around in active mode. When depressed, rats spend most of the time not moving.

In the depressed rats, running had an antidepressant-like effect after running for 30 days,” Bjornebekk told LiveScience. (I am assuming that a non mobile rat would come under the category of being depressed!) The once-slothful rodents spent much more time in active swimming compared with the non-running depressed rats.

The researchers also examined the hippocampus region of the brain, involved in learning and memory. Neurons there increased dramatically in the depressed rats after wheel-running which is exactly what happens to us humans. Past studies have found that the human brain’s hippocampus shrinks in depressed individuals, a phenomenon thought to cause some of the mental problems often linked with depression.

The hippocampus formation is one of the regions they have actually seen structural changes in depressed patients,” Bjornebekk said.

Running had a similar effect as common antidepressants called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) on lifting depression.

Emotional Weight…

I think people have become obsessed with “healing” and detoxifying in the past five years. I think that emotions are by far the most important factor in health of the body and mind. Our emotions determine the frequency that flows through our bodies and this frequency in turn determines the geometric structure of all the receptors in our bodies which I suspect can pull or attract much more energy from outside of the body than can be produced within it.

Within the Human Design there are seven different types of authority, authority refers to our guiding system for making decisions, our inner GPS. Those seven types are: emotional authority, sacral, splenic, ego/heart, self-projected, outer and lunar authority. If you are an emotional authority (47% are) then you absolutely need to take time to process your thoughts, making decisions ONLY after you're the other side of the emotional wave. You simple only need to inform the person you’re going to take some time before responding. Then do so, and allow yourself as much time as you need to sit with it. You do not owe anybody a response when they demand or expect it. If a person is too insecure or too impatient to be able to cope with your honouring your right to take your time to process your thoughts and feelings and reply or take action when your internal guidance system says is appropriate for you to do so…then this person it not for you. You cannot force clarity

So alchemise your mood with movement. Emotions get trapped in the body and you generally can’t “think” your way out of a rut. This emotional stagnation weighs on us and decreases the flow of our innate Qi energy. The more you acknowledge and move past these negative emotions and experiences, the more you free up that energy to do it’s restoring, clean-up work! As I kid I used to get intense shoulder pain, I wasn’t injured, neither was I lifting anything heavy to cause the pain. When I looked it up, it was due to carrying a burden on my shoulders, ofcourse this made sense as I have briefly written about my upbringing, I reiterate, that it was due to not being emotionally supported because I was carrying my parents worries, trying to please them in every way possible. Furtherore I later developed a breast cyst which happened to be on my left side, funnily enough “left breast imbalances are related to feeling unloved, refusal to nourish oneself and putting others first. The left side is often regarded as the feminine side, the receiving side where you take in.  This side represents the mother.” And this is how I felt exactly but at the time it was a manifestation of my suppressed emotions.

Some people spend a lifetime on visiting the physiotherapist, getting a sports massage, cupping, doing certain exercises which will work to an extent, for the short term. This is why when people lose a lot of weight, emotions from the past often reappear inexplicably. They get trapped in the cells and weren’t moved out. Emotional pain sits in the organs, teeth and waters of the body’s fat stores waiting to be excersised out (see image below) And movement helps work it all out of the auric field and the body’s cells and sent back to the aethers.
