Ingredients:

·       1 can of full far coconut milk, chilled for 1-2 days

·       1 tbsp maple syrup or powdered sugar

·       1 tsp vanilla extract

·       1 tsp blue spirulina

Instructions:

  1. Place your can of coconut milk in the fridge for 1-2 days.

  2. Place your mixing bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes before mixing the ingredients to stop melting .

  3. Open the coconut milk can and scoop out the hardened coconut cream, pour the remaining water aside and use for another recipe or you can drink it.

  4. Using a hand mixer fluff up the coconut cream for 2 minutes and add the maple syrup, blue spirulina and vanilla extract for an additional 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
